Meet Leah, founder, owner and CEO of Leah's Waxworks. Her passion for bringing her clients the best of beauty within their budget and time frame has seen her successful business grow from a one-room, one-woman operation at the back of a hair salon to a thriving chain of eight havens of beauty around Australia.

The year was 1990. Eyebrows were pencil-thin, matte lipstick was on everyone's lips, and a young therapist named Leah Ingram was about to help kick off a waxing revolution.
Just a few years out of beauty school, Leah rented a room in the back of a hair salon in Hurstville's Westfield Mall and offered a leg & bikini wax plus mini-facial for just $20. Within a week, clients were queuing around the corner.
She encouraged clients to "take just a little bit more off," sparking a Brazilian trend that's still one of our most-booked treatments. Westfield offered her a space of her own — and Leah's Wax Works began to grow.
