Refund & Exchange Policy
At Leah's Wax Works, we are committed to providing quality products and services. Please note the following terms regarding refunds and exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if a product has a major fault, including:
- A problem that would have prevented purchase if known in advance
- An item that is unsafe
- A product that is significantly different from its sample or description
- A product that fails to perform as promised and cannot be easily fixed
If the issue is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If not resolved in a timely manner, you may request a refund or replacement.
Please ensure you retain proof of purchase, such as your receipt, for any return or exchange request.
