Prep like a pro.
- Skip retinol and strong actives 2–3 days before a peel or micro treatment.
- Arrive with makeup off if possible — otherwise we'll cleanse for you.
- Tell us about recent laser, injectables or Roaccutane use during your consult.
- Book Micropen Needling on a Friday — expect a day or two of light flaking.
Care that lasts.
- Wear SPF 30+ every day, especially after peels or micro.
- Pause AHAs, BHAs and retinol for 24–72 hours (your therapist will confirm).
- Hydrate — inside and out — and keep hot showers gentle for the first day.
- Rebook every 4–6 weeks to keep skin in its best rhythm.

How often should I have a facial?＋
Most skins do best on a 4–6 week rhythm — that matches your natural cell turnover.
Can I combine facials with peels or micro?＋
Yes — most of our facials are designed to layer with micro, LED, oxygen or a peel accelerator. Ask about our combo pricing.
Is there downtime?＋
Mini, European and Oxygen facials have zero downtime. Peels and Micropen Needling may leave you a little pink or flaky for 24–72 hours — plan accordingly.
